HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACKSON!!!
We hope you had a wonderful day.

Love,
Spencer, Eliza, Aileen and Spencer

Sunday was a glorious day. Jackson had the best 4th birthday party. There was jumping, cookie decorating and ornament making. I don't think you can ask for anything better. Oh, and the cake had Thomas the train on it - ENOUGH SAID. Again, I forgot my camera, so I had to steal these from Nancy's blog.

The Carolines

Each year Caroline Fitzgerald and Caroline Sanders throw a Christmas party. I forgot my camera, so I do not have any pictures, but it was a lot of fun. I got to hang with May for a while, and I got to meet Callie for the first time. Thank you for a great party. Love you both.

Chili and Beer

Caroline and Stephen did it again. What a great Chile & Beer party! Each year they have a party and serve us wonderful chili. This year they also had corn chowder and gumbo. We had a great time. I only got the chili and the appetizers, and all of that was fantastic. We are never disappointed. Thank you for a great night.

BUGS

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Christmas BUGS was wonderful. Thank you hosts for making it such a great party.

The girls - Unfortunately this was taken after Ann and Kathryn left.
We had a wonderful dinner, and a great gift exchange. Spencer and I are ready for oysters and can't wait to go to Outback. Thanks everyone!

O'Quinn's Christmas Program

I know that every parent thinks this, but this really was such a cute program. Spencer was a ham of course. He was sitting next to his friend Chantler, and I really thought at one time that he was going to give her a big smooch. This is Eliza waiting for everything to begin.

Spencer is seeing where we are all sitting.

This is the cute smile all parents want to see. I will admit that it wasn't cute like this the entire time.

This is around when I thought the smooch was going to happen.

Santa came to say hello.

Cookie Swap

First, I want to thank Anne for being the best host with me. Your house looked absolutely beautiful, and I am so sorry that I didn't take any pictures. I also wanted to thank everyone for coming with fantastic cookies. I really think that this year we had the best tasting cookies that we have ever had. I had a great time, and I thank you each for working to come to a party and driving out to the farm. I love you all.

FOR DAD

Today I gave my dad a little gift that I received at an ornament exchange that I go to each year. When this ornament was opened, I had to have it for him. He always expresses his enthusiasm for women's "personality". Anyway, I wanted to share with everyone.

Dad has already warned Spencer that he can't come downstairs to steal his new ornament.

Last attempt at Christmas card picture! This went a little better except Eliza was very concerned about Willis, the dog visiting from next door. These were some of my favorites.

This is the winner. Obviously I am not a photographer because I did not notice the shadows, but they look cute anyway.
