Friday on the Creek

This is why I love where we live. Bryan put the boat in to pull Julia and her friend, Jessica, on the tube. Then, Spencer got his first tube ride ever. He had a great time, and then he just relaxed in the creek with his dad.

Growing up

Eliza and Spencer are growing so fast. Eliza is now pulling up all on her own.

She is saying Mama and Dada. She is even trying to say Pop and Spencer. Time is slipping by so quickly.

This has been my week.
What a crazy week. I can't believe how exhausted I am after 5 mornings. I am just glad VBS is just once a year.

Father's Day

We had a great father's day. First, we went to church (we were aiming for 8:30 service but we did not make it until 9:45 Sunday School and then 11:00 church). Then, Dad, Mom, Thomas, Bryan, Anne, Julia, Legare, Spencer, Spencer, Eliza and I sat out on the dock and in the boat and on the porch. We had a fabulous relaxing time. The dads all got to go sailing, and they even took on passengers.

The Baptism
Sunday was a very special day. Mills was baptized, and Caroline, Stephen, Spencer and I are his godparents. We are so honored, and we promise we will pray for Mills and his entire family and also encourage him in his walk with God.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Our cousin, Whitfield, and a friend, Elliott, had their 3rd birthday party at our house this weekend. It was a John Deere party, and everyone had a great time. Now Sue gets to plan my children's next parties.
